SkinnyGyms™ are designed to give users a unique experience in a space with reduced cost and distractions, while still having all of the amenities and more that you would normally need. SkinnyGyms™ allow users to practice and master their craft in a ~20ft x 50ft space with less restrictions that a massive warehouse may hold.

Enjoy one-of-a-kind, top-notch facilities including conference call setup, a powerful audio system, and patent pending technology. Plus, get detailed shot analytics after every session for unmatched improvement. All of this is available to you in your very own SkinnyGyms™ facility!

Basketball

Unlock court versatility with Pivot, OpenGym’s proprietary tech. It spins the backboard, enabling shots from every spot on the court in a compact 20×50 ft space. Basketballs for all ages and genders are supplied during the court rental period. No more space constraints, just limitless practice.

Volleyball

Use your SkinnyGyms™ to bump, set, and spike with your team or teammate. Regulation height netting and high ceilings for full game play simulation. Practice how you play with point elastic resilient floors for uniformity and shock absorption. Roll, slide, and jump into the better version of you.

Pickelball

Save your knees and practice your technique and skill on the hardwood. Reduce the ware and tear on your body during practice by using SkinnyGyms™ as your training grounds. SkinnyGyms™ provides a pickleball court with paddles and balls to use. Whether it’s your rally, dink, or drop shot volley, we can help you perfect it here!

Yoga Studio

Mmmm you hear that? Neither do we in our private studios. Build your daily routine in our SkinnyGyms™ yoga studio. Bring in your singing bowls, symbols, or connect to the bluetooth speakers in the walls to create ambiance. Feel the weight of the world release from your body in our peaceful oasis.

Podcast Studio/ Office Space

Looking for a quiet place to take a call or get some work done in the middle of a commute. Office space and other studios can be pricey and too cluttered for creatives. Have your own space on your schedule with SkinnyGyms™ office suites.

  Being a supporter of Open Gym LLC since they opened has been an incredible experience for both my son and me. The Denton facility's new technology has significantly enhanced his basketball training, allowing him to shoot baskets from all angles and improve his skills in an engaging and effective way. I'm delighted to see the positive impact it has had on his development as a basketball player and will serve him well as a basketball player at Marcus High School.

  Hands down the BEST spot to work on your basketball game! Incredible technology! Use their trainers, bring your own, and/or just work on your game your way . . . all while listening to your personal playlist and working at game speed in your own private space that you rent out. It’s fabulous and my girls all time favorite spot to work on their game and get in some training.

  My son has been training at OpenGym with Chris for a few months now and his shooting and ball handling have improved tremendously.  What’s great about OpenGym vs. other basketball gym rentals is you don’t need to rent an entire court or even a half court to get all of your work in due their proprietary rotating backboard technology.

  Great facility and gym for basketball training. My son went here and got a serious workout in, thanks to the program Open gym lays out for him.

Great gym concept, awesome atmosphere and helpful team and staff. Will be back again!!
